  Reality IT Services, LLC was founded in 2005 by the IT Director of a large Boston law firm. The firm, Testa, Hurwitz & Thibeault LLP, employed over 400 attorneys and over 800 in total at its peak. The experience of working at a firm in this capacity helps us to uniquely understand how firms work with technology and the challenges they face.

  With over 20 years of hands-on and IT business management experience, we believe that firms can use technology as the competitive equalizer without making unnecessary investments in staff or equipment.

  We work with each of our clients to create a cost effective IT outsourcing solution. We also assist clients with project management for major upgrades, system conversions and rollouts.
